This tier consists of a training programme prepared by our team that you can follow, allowing you to increase your fitness while becoming stronger.

Tier 1

Tier Two is an online specialised training programme tailored to your fitness goals. Within this, you have direct access to your coach through video calls, additionally, relevant nutrition advice is provided in regards to your set goals.

Tier 2

Tier Three includes one-to-one training sessions once per week with your coach which will utlise the training programme designed for you. Additionally, there are weekly updates with your coach and relevant nutrition advice is provided in regards to your set goals

Tier 3

Tier Four provides a personalised online training program with tailored nutrition advice, exclusive access to a private gym, and ongoing progress updates, to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Tier 4

Tier Five consists of two one-to-one gym sessions with one of the coaches per week plus your tailored programme weekly updates and nutritional advice. Additionally, there are weekly updates with your coach and relevant nutrition advice is provided in regards to your set goals.

Our trainers are experienced in working with clients with a variety of injuries and medical conditions. We will work with you to modify exercises and create a program that is safe and effective for you.

What happens if I miss a training session?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you miss a session, we will work with you to reschedule or make up the session at a later date.

Can I switch between tiers or pause the program if needed?

Yes, we offer flexible options to suit your needs and schedule. If you need to switch between tiers or pause the program, simply let us know and we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments.
